The global business failure rate is staggering, with millions of new businesses launching yearly and failing the following year. And larger companies, 7-9+ figures, are also not growing because leaders lose their fundamentals along the way.

Even Fortune 500s companies are losing their lustre. In 2020, the average lifespan of a company on Standard and Poor’s 500 Index was just over 21 years, compared with 32 years in 1965. There is a clear long-term trend of declining corporate
longevity with regards to companies on the S&P 500 Index, with this expected to fall even further throughout the 2020s

Sadly, only 3% of businesses make it past seven figures, and less than 3% of those make it past $10 million. And corporate leaders and entrepreneurs in seven figures and above are overworked and stressed with too much friction due to the lack of systems, improper teams, and support.

We’ve also seen minority and female-led companies be the fastest growing group, but due to lack of support, they are also the quickest failing.
